Remember your manners, please-
The worst thing you can do when contacting me is demand, insult, or otherwise be rude towards me or my work. I appreciate some things can be frustrating, but you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. If you do not follow this, I will not bother to answer you because I will not feel like wasting my time with a jerk.

Notecards provide a record for me and you of the information; instant messages do not. Utilize notecards and make the world a happier place.

My username is Terry Toland. Currently, there is no one else to contact, and I only wish people to be able to contact me via SL.

Undelivered Product
In-World: If you purchase something and do not receive it, it is probably due to in-world lag. Please send me a notecard with your transaction ID number (you can find this on the Second Life web page while logged in under Account-> Transaction History). Title the notecard CN – Failed Transaction – YOUR NAME. If you follow these steps, I will be able to help you efficiently.

Xstreet: If you purchase something through Xstreet SL and it does not come, it is most likely due to lag. When this happens, there is nothing I can do- I am not a Linden, I cannot alleviate the grid’s lag issue. Fortunately, Xstreet is designed so that, usually, if something is not delivered, it will refund you automatically. The best resolution is to go to another sim with less lag than the one you are at, detach any items that could cause your own viewer to lag, and retry it. If Xstreet takes your funds and you receive nothing, you need to contact them, not me.

In the case you accidentally do not accept an item (either you press discard/ignore, you’re in busy-mode, so forth), I can check my traffic sales records, but this will take time. Please send a notecard with any XstreetSL transaction history you have and title it CN – Failed Transaction Xstreet – YOUR NAME.

Requests/Suggestions
As mentioned, CN is a joy and not a primary focus; therefore, while I will kindly take suggestions for products, I will not guarantee follow through. SL is where I express my creative nature, and I do not believe in forcing artists to create things that they do not want to. furthermore, my creation skills are limited.

I receive many, many requests for freebie kits – custom or current – to be available in places. I am not against having my work across the grid, but I need to focus on where I am spending my time and what my community connections are. Therefore, I cannot guarantee assistance or service even if I would like to.
